Your information, handled with care.
Updated October 14, 2026. This notice describes how Sitdown handles information submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect your name, company, email, optional phone number, industry, estimated lead volume, and any message you choose to share. We also record your contact consent and the time of your submission. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand your business needs, arrange a consultation, and offer relevant Sitdown services. Authorized team members can access inquiries in our private workspace. We do not sell inquiry information.
AI-assisted communication
If a team member chooses to generate a draft, your name, company, industry, lead volume, and inquiry message are processed by an AI provider through Netlify AI Gateway. Your email and phone number are not included in the drafting request. A person reviews the draft and decides whether to send it. AI does not send messages automatically.
Storage and service providers
Inquiries and saved drafts are stored using Netlify’s managed database. Netlify provides hosting and team account authentication. Anthropic processes AI drafting requests when this feature is used. We retain inquiry information while needed for follow-up and our business relationship, unless you request deletion or retention is required for another applicable purpose.
Your choices
Submitting an inquiry is voluntary. You can decline further communication, request access to your inquiry, ask for a correction, or request deletion by replying to a message from our team or using the website inquiry form and describing your request. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Cookies and external fonts
Team sign-in uses essential authentication cookies and browser storage. Public visitors do not need an account. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests font files.
